MOON ART STUDIO – TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to all programs offered by Moon Art Studio, including Regular Classes, Drawing Classes, Camps, and Special Event Classes. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all the terms stated below.

Party Pricing and Guest Policy

Birthday Party Package

  • The standard birthday party package is $500.

  • The base package includes up to 10 children, including the birthday child.

  • Additional children may attend for $20 per child.

  • The maximum number of children permitted is 17.

  • Painting, drawing, craft, and other standard art activities are offered at the same base package price.

  • The standard party duration is two hours.

  • Additional time may be reserved for $50 per 30 minutes.

  • Additional fees may apply for custom themes, specialty decorations, upgraded materials, or special requests.

Reservation & Payment Policy

  • Birthday parties must be reserved at least three weeks in advance.

  • Full payment is required to reserve and secure the requested party date.

  • A reservation is not considered confirmed until full payment has been received.

  • Additional guest fees, time extensions, and optional add-ons must be paid no later than the day of the event.

  • Party dates and times are subject to studio availability.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • Requests to reschedule are subject to studio availability and must be approved by Moon Art Studio.

  • If Moon Art Studio must cancel the party due to circumstances beyond the studio’s reasonable control, the host family will receive a full refund.

Arrival & Departure

  • Guests may enter the studio beginning 10 minutes before the scheduled party start time.

  • The host family is responsible for ensuring that all children are picked up promptly at the end of the party.

  • Additional fees may apply if the party or guest pickup extends beyond the reserved time.

Food & Beverage Policy

  • Food, cake, snacks, and beverages must be provided by the parent or host family.

  • Only individually packaged or spill-resistant beverages are permitted.

  • Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the premises.

  • The host family is responsible for informing guests of any known food allergies or dietary restrictions.

  • Moon Art Studio is not responsible for food provided or served by the host family or party guests.

Items Provided By Moon Art Studio

The standard birthday party package includes:

  • A guided art activity

  • Standard party decorations and setup

  • Tablecloths, plates, and napkins

  • A goodie bag for each participating child

  • Decorations, art projects, materials, and goodie bag items may vary depending on the selected party theme, availability, and the children’s ages.

Studio Safety & Conduct

Moon Art Studio is an active art studio containing artwork, displays, art supplies, tools,

equipment, furniture, and instructional materials.

To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment:

  • Running, rough play, climbing on furniture, and disruptive behavior are not permitted.

  • Guests may not touch or use artwork, displays, supplies, tools, or equipment without staff permission.

  • All guests are expected to treat the studio, artwork, furniture, equipment, and materials with care and respect.

  • Children must follow all instructions provided by Moon Art Studio staff.

  • Moon Art Studio reserves the right to stop any activity or address any behavior that may create a safety concern.

  • Parents and guardians remain responsible for the behavior and supervision of their children and invited guests during the event.

Property Damage

The parent, guardian, or host family accepts financial responsibility for intentional, reckless, or excessive damage caused by party guests to studio property, artwork, displays, furniture, equipment, tools, or materials beyond normal and reasonable use. The host family may be charged for the repair or replacement of damaged property.

Photography & Media Release

Moon Art Studio may take photographs or videos during the event for studio records, educational purposes, promotional materials, the Moon Art Studio website, social media, or other marketing purposes.

By signing this agreement, the parent or legal guardian grants Moon Art Studio permission to photograph or record the birthday child and permits Moon Art Studio to use such photographs or recordings without compensation. Please notify Moon Art Studio in writing before the event if you do not grant permission for your child to be photographed or recorded.

Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

The parent or legal guardian understands that participation in art activities may involve the use of paint, glue, scissors, art tools, craft materials, and other supplies.

The parent or legal guardian acknowledges that spills, stains, allergic reactions, minor cuts, falls, or other unforeseen incidents may occur despite reasonable safety precautions.

By signing below, the parent or legal guardian voluntarily assumes the ordinary risks associated with participation in the event and agrees to release and hold harmless Moon Art Studio, Juneva LLC, and their owners, employees, instructors, representatives, and agents from claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the event, except where prohibited by law or in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

The parent or legal guardian is responsible for notifying Moon Art Studio in advance of any allergies, medical conditions, behavioral concerns, or special accommodations that may affect the child’s safe participation.

Emergency Medical Authorization

In the event of an emergency, Moon Art Studio will make reasonable efforts to contact the parent or legal guardian using the information provided on this form. If the parent or legal guardian cannot be reached, permission is granted for Moon Art Studio staff to contact emergency medical services when reasonably necessary. The parent or legal guardian remains responsible for any medical expenses incurred on behalf of the child.
